1 oz Pisco, Tabernero Quebranta
1 oz Mezcal, Del Maguey Chichicapa
1 oz Simple syrup (skinny)
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
Instructions
Build in shaker, add egg white, and dry shake. Add ice, shake well, strain into collins glass without ice. Top with soda and lemon peel expressed and discarded.
