3⁄4 oz Rye, Rittenhouse 100
3⁄4 oz Apple brandy, Lairds 100 proof
3⁄4 oz Fernet Branca
3⁄4 oz Lemon syrup
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
2 ds Peychaud's Bitters
Instructions
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Quick question - Laird's Applejack is 80 proof, not bonded. The picture (I think) shows the 100 proof Bonded apple brandy. Is what you're using here?
