2 oz Martinique Rum, La Favorite Blanc
1⁄2 oz Pear eau de vie, Clear Creek
1 oz Apple juice (Fuji)
1⁄2 oz Cinnamon syrup
1⁄4 oz Lemon juice
3 sli Apple (apple fan, as garnish)
Instructions
Shake, strain over ice into a highball, garnish, serve with straw.
