1 1⁄2 oz Rock & rye, Mr. Katz's Rock & Rye
1⁄2 oz Bourbon, Bulleit
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Cinnamon syrup
3 oz Ginger beer, Fever Tree
3 sli Apple (cinnamon-dusted, as garnish)
Instructions

Build in a Collins glass, topping with ginger beer, and garnish. Serve with straw.
