Leapfrog

2 oz Gin, Plymouth

3⁄4 oz Lemon juice

1⁄2 oz Apricot liqueur, Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot

1⁄4 oz Simple syrup

6 lf Mint

2 ds Orange bitters

Instructions

Lightly muddle mint in simple. Add other ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain and serve up.
