Girl From Cadiz

1 1⁄2 oz Gin, Hendrick's
1 1⁄2 oz Fino sherry
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
4 lf Mint
1 T Juniper berry
Instructions

Muddle the juniper berries. Shake everything. Strain into a Collins glass with ice. Garnish with lemongrass.
