1 1⁄2 oz Cynar
1⁄2 oz Virgin Islands Rum, Cruzan Blackstrap
1⁄2 oz Crème de mure, Merlet
1 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Egg white
Instructions
Dry shake, wet shake, strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with drops of Bittercube Blackstrap bitters in the foam, swirled with a cocktail pick.

Also works well with creme de framboise, Chambord, etc.
