Recuerda Escobar

1 2⁄3 oz Anise Aguardiente (A Colombian Aguardiente like Antioqueño)
2 t Lime juice
2⁄3 oz Orange juice
2⁄3 oz Soda water
1 twst Orange peel
Instructions

Shake the ingredients with ice except the soda, strain into a Old Fashioned glass, add the soda and decorate with an orange (or lemon) zest.
