1⁄2 oz Aperol
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1 twst Grapefruit peel
2 oz Soda water
Shake with ice and strain into a salt-rimmed Collins glass filled with ice. Top with ~2 oz soda water and garnish with a 3-inch swath of grapefruit peel.
