1 ds Rhubarb bitters, Fee Brothers Rhubarb
1 1⁄2 oz Tequila, Herradura
3⁄4 oz Triple sec, Cointreau
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
2 Strawberry
1 lf Basil (as garnish)
Instructions

Shake all ingredients together, double strain, garnish with a single basil leaf.

Well balanced sweet/sour, modest alcohol heat, and fruit/bitter. I muddled the sliced strawberries before shake, and used 10 drops of rhubarb bitters. Great color, good nose. I sense the rhubarb bitter is coming through and augmenting the rest.
