34 oz Brandy, Pierre Ferrand 1840
34 oz Anisette, Marie Brizard
1   Egg white
1 oz Soda water
Shake, strain into delmonico glass, fill with siphon.
I strain this into a small 4 oz bar glass and top up with soda, but it could be, and often is, served in a chilled coupe.
