3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1 twst Orange peel (expressed and discarded)

Somewhat improvised with 1/2oz Plymouth Navy + 1/2oz red vermouth + 1/4oz shrubb standing in for the Pimm's, maple instead of honey, and lemon instead of orange. There's a black tea flavor coming through somehow. Very intriguing.

This drink made Russell House Tavern the top account for Batavia Arrack sales and had a long run on the menu until around 2016 or 2017.

This should be 3/4 oz lime juice and 1/2 oz Batavia Arrack.
