1 oz Bison grass vodka
1 oz Cachaça, Avúa Prata
1⁄2 oz Crème de Banane (housemade)
1⁄2 oz Lime cordial (housemade)
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1⁄4 oz Demerara syrup
2 ds McCormick Buko Pandan Extract
Shake with three ice cubes and strain over crushed ice in a hurricane glass. Garnish with a pandan leaf knotted around the glass, an ice shell, and an edible orchard. Serve with straw.
