A sweet Caribbean sipper
1 1⁄2 | oz | Rum, Zaya |
1 | oz | Ginger liqueur, Domaine de Canton |
1⁄2 | oz | Lime juice |
1⁄4 | oz | Honey syrup |
2 | ds | Bitters, Bittermens Xocolatl Mole |
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a rocks glass over more ice.
Notes
Have tried this with Fee Bros. Molasses Bitters and Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters, which also work, depending on your taste. I use 2:1 honey syrup.
