A sweet Caribbean sipper
1 12 oz Rum, Zaya
1 oz Ginger liqueur, Domaine de Canton
12 oz Lime juice
14 oz Honey syrup
2 ds Bitters, Bittermens Xocolatl Mole
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a rocks glass over more ice.
Notes
Have tried this with Fee Bros. Molasses Bitters and Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters, which also work, depending on your taste. I use 2:1 honey syrup.
