Bitter Pill

1 1⁄2 oz Trinidad rum, Zaya (or other aged rum)
1⁄2 oz Fernet Branca
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Demerara syrup (1:1)
1⁄2 oz Egg white
1 twst Orange peel (as garnsih)
Instructions

Shake, strain, rocks, twist.
