3⁄4 oz Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
1 cube Candied ginger
1 spl Club soda, Q
Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a white wine glass filled with ice, add a splash of club and garnish with candied ginger cube.

History

My ginger twist on the classic "May Daisy" cocktail. It's definitely sweeter, but the intense ginger, lemon, and interesting depth from the rhubarb bitters keeps it from being cloying

  • Very good but as usual for me I like it with only 1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse. Might try it with Yellow too. — ★★★★★
