1⁄2 oz Applejack, Lairds 100 proof
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Grade A amber color and rich taste maple syrup
1⁄2 oz Egg white
1 sli Apple (fanned, as garnish)
Instructions

Dry shake, shake, strain, garnish.
