1 1⁄2 oz Rhum Agricole, Barbancourt 8 (could use a darker rum, blackstrap, goslings, etc.)
1⁄2 oz Nocino (Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur)
1⁄2 oz Crème de Noyaux, Tempus Fugit
1⁄2 oz Crème de Cacao (Tuthilltown Cacao liqueur)
1⁄4 oz Crème de Violette, Rothman & Winter (float)
2 ds Bitters, Plum Bitters (Fee Bros)
1 twst Lemon peel (cut wide)
Instructions
Build from dark to light over crushed ice, adding ice between layers. Float Creme de violette last. Add bitters, express lemon swath and drop in.
