3⁄4 oz Framboise, Mathilde
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Honey syrup
Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.

Notes

I prepare the honey syrup very very honey-y. One recipe says 3 water-to-1 honey. I prepare it much much more honey-y and sweet.
