1 12 oz Old Tom Gin
1 oz Sweet vermouth
12 oz Simple syrup (dry hopped fig)
2 ds Bitters
1 twst Lemon peel
Pour all ingredients in mixing glass and Stir. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist. Glassware: Cocktail glass

Moderated slightly. Dry hopped fig syrup is too specific to warrant its own ingredient entry. I changed it to simple syrup with a note of dry hopped fig. Thanks.
