2 oz Rhum Agricole (HSE Black sheriff)
1⁄2 oz Amer Picon
1⁄4 oz Crème de Banane (Merlet)
1⁄4 oz Herbal liqueur, Chartreuse (MOF)
Instructions

Stir quick with ice, strain in rock glass, with huge ice cube.

Notes

Substitue charteuse MOF for yellow charteuse or green.

Black sheriff is an agricole rum aged in Kentucky whisky cask. Very very strong oak, and bourbony.
It's dry and bitter with heavy bourbon after aroma.
Despite, It really mixes easily in about anything!

You can add 1/3 oz Maurin Quina to lower intensity and proof.

  • Made with a split of Mt Gay Black Barrel and Barbancourt 8, Amer Boudreau, and Green Chartreuse (and crappy CdB). Interesting flavors including ground cinnamon, sweet cream.
