Hardshell Case

1 1⁄2 oz Gin, St. George Dry Rye
3⁄4 oz Averna
1⁄4 oz Allspice Dram, St Elizabeth
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
5 dr Lemon Tree Bitters, Bittercube
1 sli Lemon peel
Instructions

Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker w/ ice; shake, strain and pour into stemless wine glass w/ a king cube. Garnish with an expressed slice of lemon peel.
