1 1⁄2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Swedish Punsch
1 oz Byrrh
Instructions

Add ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice. Pour into a chilled coupe.

Notes

In the style of a light Manhattan with Tiki elements, the Swedish Punsch provides banana notes, with the Byrrh providing a slight bitterness balanced by the sweetness of Bourbon and Punsch.

Adapted from a drink created in 2012 at Tooker Alley Bar, Brooklyn, USA by owner Del Pedro.
