Hole in the Cup

A variation on Sasha Petraske’s cocktail Gordon’s Cup
14 oz Absinthe
34 oz Lime juice
34 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Pineapple juice
1 12 oz Blanco tequila
3 sli Cucumber
Instructions
Shake with ice, and strain into a chilled double rocks glass over a rock. Garnish with cucumber(s).
