1 1⁄2 oz Reposado Tequila
1 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Sherry, Lustau East India Solera
1⁄2 oz Maple syrup (grade B)
1⁄2 oz Egg white
1 twst Orange peel (shaved curls, as garnish)
Instructions

Shake without ice for 30 seconds, then with ice and strain. Garnish with shaved orange curls
