1⁄2 oz Coconut liqueur
1⁄4 oz Islay Scotch
1 t Falernum, Velvet Falernum
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Passion fruit juice (or nectar)
Instructions
Build in a Collins over crushed ice, swizzle, garnish with a pineapple sage sprig and a wedge of grilled pineapple.
