2 oz Bourbon
              1 oz Lemon juice
              1⁄2 oz Rich simple syrup 2:1
              1⁄2 oz Egg white (beaten)
              1 t Apricot preserves
              1 cube Ice
          Instructions
    
          In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white and apricot preserves. Shake well with ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
