2 oz Bourbon (High proof)
              1⁄4 oz Dry vermouth
              3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
              3⁄4 oz Simple syrup (Turbinado)
              1⁄4  Peach
              
          Instructions
    
          Muddle peach in a shaker tin. Add all ingredients and shake with ice. Double-strain into a coupe.
