Madiana II

1 oz Manzanilla sherry
1⁄2 oz Rhum Agricole, Neisson blanc
1⁄4 oz Orange liqueur, Grand Marnier
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
6 dr Orange flower water
Instructions

Shake, fine strain, up or neat, garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.

Notes

Adapted for a rooftop menu, summer 2019; Madiana is an old name for Martinique meaning "isle of flowers."
