3⁄4 oz Averna
3⁄4 oz Gran Classico
1⁄2 oz Maple syrup
1 twst Orange peel (flamed)

Stir w/ ice. Stain on large sphere/rock of ice in rocks glass. Garnish flamed orange twist.
