12 oz Calvados
13 oz Lime juice
12 oz PInk grapefruit juice
34 oz Simple syrup, Spiced
12 oz Pink Peppercorn
34 oz Egg white
Instructions
Muddle Pink pepper berries, shake with ice, strain, in coupe. Garnish with a dried grapefuit slice floating on foam with a twist of Pink pepper on top.
Notes
The syrup is flavored with Cinamon, clove and vanilla. Muddled cinamon and cloves can be subbed for spiced syrup....
