1⁄2 oz Calvados
1⁄3 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz PInk grapefruit juice
3⁄4 oz Simple syrup, Spiced
1⁄2 oz Pink Peppercorn
3⁄4 oz Egg white

Muddle Pink pepper berries, shake with ice, strain, in coupe.
Garnish with a dried grapefuit slice floating on foam with a twist of Pink pepper on top.


The syrup is flavored with Cinamon, clove and vanilla. Muddled cinamon and cloves can be subbed for spiced syrup....
