Pineapple Apricot Fizz

1 12 oz Pineapple rum, Plantation Stiggin's' Fancy
12 oz Dry apricot brandy, Blume Marillen
34 oz Lime juice
34 oz Orgeat
14 oz Orange flower syrup (scant)
12 oz Egg white
1 oz Soda water
Dry shake, shake, strain into a fizz glass, top slowly with soda poured over the back of a barspoon until the egg white blooms.
