Church Bay Cooler

1 12 oz Gold rum (Goslings)
12 oz Sherry, Lustau Dry Amontillado
34 oz Passion fruit syrup, B.G. Reynolds
34 oz Lemon juice
1 12 oz Vanilla Soda water, DRY Vanilla Bean (top with)
1 spg Mint (garnish)
1 wdg Lemon (garnish)
Combine ingredients, except vanilla soda, in shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into an iced collins glass. top with vanilla soda and garnish.
