1 oz Calvados, Berneroy (Berneroy FINE has intense apple aroma. This the French representative.)
1 oz Jägermeister (This is the German representative.)
1⁄2 oz Galliano (Galliano Autentico. This is the Italian representative)
1 twst Lemon peel
Instructions

Shake all ingredients sans tonic water in tin half filled with ice. Strain into a coupe and complete with tonic water.
Express the lemon twist over the drink and drop it in the glass.

Notes

This was inspired by the “European Union” created by Alex Day, which you can find in the Cocktail CODEX. However, that drink still includes Gin - definitely not 2024 EU.

For a balanced EU drink, I included two spirits and one amaro from the three largest economies in the union, enhanced by the tonic water.
