1⁄4 oz Strega
1⁄4 oz Palo Cortado Sherry, Lustau
2 ds Orange bitters
1 twst Orange peel (expressed and discarded)
Instructions
Muddle bitters and sugar cube, add everything else, stir, strain, rocks.
