1 rinse Mezcal, Del Maguey Vida
2 oz Blanco tequila, Siembra Azul Blanco
34 oz Bianco Vermouth, Dolin
12 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
1 ds Orange bitters
1 twst Grapefruit peel
Instructions
Rinse a coupe with mezcal and dump. Stir the remaining ingredients (except the grapefruit twist) over ice, then strain into the coupe. Squeeze the grapefruit twist over the drink and discard. No garnish.
Notes
Very similar flavors to the "El Puente" from PDT, but stirred and boozy.
