1 1⁄2 oz Bourbon, Wild Turkey 101
1⁄4 oz Mezcal, Del Maguey Vida
1⁄2 oz Galliano
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
3 ds Peychaud's Bitters
1 rinse Absinthe, St. George
1 twst Orange peel
Instructions
Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe and Peychaud's Bitters. Add one large rock. Stir all other ingredients with ice and strain into the rocks glass. Twist an orange peel above the glass and discard.
Notes
I was in the mood for anise and smoke, and a little on the sweet side. This fit the bill quite nicely, so I thought I would share.
