1 1⁄2 oz Islay Scotch, Lagavulin 16
1 1⁄2 oz Grapefruit juice
3⁄4 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
Instructions

1) Shake well with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.
2) Garnish with chia seeds.
