1⁄4 oz Dry vermouth
1⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth
1⁄4 oz Campari
1 ds Orange bitters
1 ds Bitters, Angostura
Instructions

Stir with ice in mixing glass, strain into Collins glass with ice
