3⁄4 oz Mezcal, Del Maguey Vida
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz Ginger syrup (2:1 evaporated cane sugar to ginger juice)
Instructions

Shake, strain, Collins, garnish with a thin ginger slice and two pineapple leaves.
