Widow's Walk

A well-balanced applejack drink with plenty of delicious fall flavors.
1 12 oz Apple brandy, Lairds Bonded
34 oz Nocino (Or any other similar walnut liqueur)
34 oz Lemon juice
12 oz Maple syrup (I used the real stuff from Canada. Try to find a thinner, high-quality syrup.)
4 ds Bitters, Angostura
1 pn Salt
Shake everything vigorously over ice, then pour it straight up and serve.
This is a pretty straightforward sour; it's a balanced drink that should be a hit at any party or on any bar menu. All of the fall flavors come together to make a cocktail that's easy to drink but still packs plenty of depth.
