2 t Ouzo (Or Sambuca, for sweeter version)
2 ds Bitters, Angostura Orange
1 twst Orange peel (as garnish)
Instructions

Stir & Strain in Old Fashioned Glass (with big ice sphere / cube)

Notes

Mistrà "Varnelli" is a good choice for ouzo
