According to the bar's Instagram post, it's 2 oz Evan Williams Bonded Bourbon, 1/2 oz Punt e Mes, 1/2 oz housemade falernum, 1 heavy/2 light dashes Angostura Bitters (it's 3 Japanese bitter bottles dashes which are about half the size of a dash from the store bought Ango bottle). Stir, with ice, strain into a stemmed up glass, and garnish with lemon oil from a twist (express & discard).

Thank you. Recipe extensively curated to reflect video, with now known proportions replacing estimates, and link added as reference. It seems likely that some changes occurred in preparation and serve between 2022 and 2024 because it had been entered as shaken(?) and served in a coupe before.
