Zamboanga “Zeinie” Cocktail

1 12 oz Cognac
1 t Maraschino Liqueur
12 oz Lime juice
3 ds Pineapple syrup
3 ds Bitters, Angostura
1 twst Lime peel (as garnish)
1   Olive (as garnish (really))
Instructions
Shake, strain, up, twist.
Notes
Paul Clarke recommends increasing the pineapple syrup somewhat.
