1 12 oz Rye, Rittenhouse 100
34 oz Pomegranate Liqueur, Pama
34 oz Batavia Arrack, Van Oosten
34 oz Lemon juice
12 oz Tea syrup (Lapsang Souchong)
2 ds Peychaud's Bitters
1 twst Lemon peel
Shake, strain, coupe, twist.
Tea syrup: 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 2 teabags; boil tea in water for 5 minutes, dissolve sugar into brewed tea, chill.

Re: the cocktail, I like how in addition to being a very clever take on an Arnold Palmer this drink also features a deconstructed Swedish Punsch (lemon/arrack/tea).
