2 oz Dry vermouth, Dolin
3⁄4 oz Suze
1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
1 spl Soda water
Instructions

Shake, strain to wine glass with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with half grapefruit wheeel
