Instructions
Stir and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice - bigger cubes are better. Dried banana chip for garnish.
Notes
The honey syrup is a traditional honey:water 2:1 with preferred amount of salt stirred in while it is still hot.
I believe this is the poster's own creation at a bar, but did not hear back if this was an authentic recipe from the person. I would like to provide the attribution if someone can provide it.
