1 oz Apple brandy, Lairds Bonded
1 oz Jamaican rum, Appleton 12
1⁄2 oz Aromatized wine, Cocchi Americano
1⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth, Carpano Punt e Mes
1⁄4 oz Cinnamon syrup
1 ds Apple bitters
5 sli Apple (fanned, as garnish)
1 ds Lemon juice (sprinkled on garnish)
Instructions

Stir; strain; up; garnish with fanned apple slices sprinkled with fresh lemon juice.

  • Nice amber color. Apple nose, apple and cherry sip, cinnamon rushes in on swallow. Mildly bitter finish and tart garnish hold sweetness in check. Tingly cinnamon end.
