2 ds Orange bitters

History
There are two cocktails with this same name. The other is probably older with provenance of the 19th century and is a Manhattan variation. This one appears in Harry's ABC of Mixing Cocktails from 1922 according to Difford's as well as Savoy 1930 according to other sources.
