The Dutchess

1 1⁄2 oz Genever
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Pineapple juice (strained)
3⁄4 oz Orgeat
1⁄2 oz Bitters, Angostura
Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add genever, lemon juice, pineapple juice, orgeat, and Angostura. Shake well until very cold. Strain into 6-ounce glass and serve immediately.

  • Nice complex drink but was a bit too sweet with the orgeat I used. Try again with something a little dialed back.
  • Used Amaro Angostura instead of bitters. Works well.
